Cheminformatics Hackathon in Scheelerummet, Uppsala

On September 4, 2013, 13.00-16.00 there will be a Cheminformatics Hackathon in Scheelerummet, Uppsala Biomedical Center (BMC).
Title: “Cheminformatics Hackathon with the Chemistry Development Kit and Bioclipse”
Contents:
Bioclipse (www.bioclipse.net) and the Chemistry Development Kit (CDK, cdk.sf.net) are two prominent software applications for cheminformatics. This hackathon is open for anyone who wishes to do practical work for using and developing cheminformatics applications with these frameworks. The agenda is open and will be fixed on site, but part of the time will be devoted to communicating the latest developments of the frameworks on a technical level with practical exercises and bug fixing.
