eSSENCE New Projects 2022, Part 2

The eSSENCE call for proposals in the autumn of 2021 resulted in eight projects (out of 51 proposals) formally starting 1 January 2022. There will be an opportunity to learn more about these new projects in a series of two sessions held online over Zoom. After the talks, there will be a chance to chat with the speakers and other participants. The programme for the second session is:

- 13.45-14.10 Susanne Åkesson (Biology): Leverage digital technology to unveil biological mechanisms in avian migration
- 14.10-14.35 Jesper Wallentin (Synchrotron Radiation Research): Coherent 3D X-ray imaging of nanoparticles with unknown orientation
- 14.35-15.00 Mikael Lund (Theoretical Chemistry): New algorithm for neutron and X-ray scattering in concentrated samples
